The horse belly guard is also called a horse belly Band.Made of neoprene or Lycra, the belly band wraps around a horse’s body. It lies on the horse’s back, under the saddle and behind the girth. It stops rubs and marks created by spurs or the rider’s legs. Simple to fit, it uses an under‑belly Velcro tab, Velcro straps looping around the girth, and clips securing to the saddle D-rings.
